Computer Crime Specialist
NW3C (National White Collar Crime Center), a non-profit corporation dedicated to supporting law enforcement agencies nationwide, seeks experienced, well-organized individuals to join its staff in Fairmont, WV as Computer Crime Specialists. The Computer Crime Specialist is responsible for teaching NW3C's high technology criminal investigation courses and the unique methodology associated with computer evidence recovery. The Computer Crime Specialist also develops and updates courses and provides technical assistance to NW3C’s membership.
Practical experience should include a technical training background with several years of experience in adult learning, and significant experience with computers. A strong law enforcement background with several years of investigative experience in white-collar and computer crime is preferred. A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited four-year college or university is also preferred.
Successful completion of background investigation and initial and random drug testing are required. Significant nationwide travel required.
